Pennsylvania Civil Litigation Associate Attorney (Cranberry Township, PA)
Robert Half Legal is currently assisting a prestigious boutique law firm located in Cranberry Township, Butler County, Pennsylvania, (Pittsburgh, PA area) in their search for a Pennsylvania Civil Litigation Associate Attorney. The ideal candidate will have 3-5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a medium to small law firm setting. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team and work on a variety of civil litigation cases, including contingency fee, personal injury, and breach of contract matters.
Key Responsibilities:
Conducting legal research and analysis
Drafting pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
Preparing and filing complaints
Conducting depositions and client interviews
Responding to motions and court filings
Representing clients in court proceedings
Managing the discovery process
Collaborating with paralegals and legal staff to ensure case progression
Requirements
Requirements:
Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and in Good Standing
3-5+ years of experience in civil litigation
Strong legal research and writing skills
Experience with all stages of the litigation process
Comfortable with client interaction and court appearances
Proficiency in case management software
