Robert Half Service Delivery Manager in Cranbury, New Jersey

Description Job Description / Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver highly available and scalable IT infrastructure and end-user services (e.g., network, telecomm, datacenter, cloud computing, 24x7 system monitoring, service desk, remote & onsite tech support, device management, access management, asset management and patching) via internal and external 3rd party partners .

Manage IT Service Management technologies (e.g., ServiceNow) and associated service catalog. Develop and implement IT incident response processes.

Work through partner resources to proactively drive continuous technology, service, and process improvement.

Proactively research and propose new infrastructure and end-user capabilities aligned business strategy and tactical roadmaps.

Oversee projects and initiatives to deliver in scope, on budget, and on time infrastructure and end-user solutions.

Lead vendor selection activities including defining requirements, RFI and RFP, selection criteria, qualitative and quantitative analysis.

Oversee project change leadership (e.g., user training, communication) to ensure successful user adoption and IT support structures for this functional area.

Ensure infrastructure and end-user technologies and services are designed, deployed and maintained in a secure manner.

Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of standards and processes to ensure services are well-defined, effective, and efficient.

Lead the development and monitoring of given functional service measures and ensure services are operating at or above targets.

Contribute to IT strategy, technology roadmaps, resource planning, and IT budgeting . Ensure adherence to IT governance processes.

Ideal Qualifications

5+ years technical experience delivering IT infrastructure (e.g., network, telecommunication, Datacenter, cloud computing ) and/or end-user services (e.g. service desk, deskside tech support, device management, access management, and patching).

3+ years IT leadership experience managing technical teams and vendors delivering enterprise services. Requirements Desktop Support, Microsoft, Vendor Management
