How you will make an impact

  • Maintaining new-full-time on-boarding paperwork/orientations

  • Executing various administrative duties

  • Drafting and posting job opportunity advertisements

  • Acquiring and sorting candidates through various sources and platforms

  • Forming internal recommendations

  • Administering interviews

  • Capitalizing on digital recruiting resources Requirements - Willing to work as part of a team or independently and have the drive to take on a variety of tasks and projects

    • 1+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience

    • Solid understanding of Full Cycle Recruiting

    • Adeptness in new employee orientation

    • Recruiting personnel experience highly desired

    • Demonstrated knowledge of Onboarding

    • Practical knowledge of sourcing recruitment

    • Proficiency in HR compliance

    • Foundational knowledge in internal communications

    • Hands-on experience with Volume Recruiting

    • Strong familiarity with Recruiting Strategies

    • Previous experience working with Microsoft Outlook

    • Recruiting Processes experience desired

    • Foundational knowledge in Recruiting Techniques

    • Customer service experience required

    • Background working with Schedule Meetings

    • Microsoft Office 365 experience highly valued

    • Comprehension of Microsoft Word

    • Schedule Interviews experience highly preferred

    • Recruiting Sources experience required

    • Recruiting Strategy experience preferred

    • Prior experience with high volume recruitment

    • General familiarity with personnel file maintenance

    • Adeptness in Recruiting Functions

    • Experience with Extending Offers

    • Good understanding of calendar managements and scheduling appointments

    • Experience with interviewing

    • Earlier work involving scheduling

  • This position's duties require a person who is highly detail oriented; able to use good judgment and maintain a high level of confidentiality and sensitivity

    • Knowledge in office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
  • You can do this job if you have proficiency with office applications and software, as well as social media platforms

    • Knowledgeable when it comes to writing reports, business correspondence, user instructions, and procedure manuals
