Description
Progressive non-profit organization working in environmental conservation/justice space has partnered with Robert Half Legal in their search for a contract Paralegal/Contracts manager.
Duties/Requirements:
Move contract through life-cycle
Draft, review, and revise legal agreements, including but not limited to: to service, consulting, vendor, nondisclosure, sponsorships, and other related agreements
Route contract for signature and follow up
Jira - nice to have/ exposure to other similar platforms: ironclad etc.
Research capabilities (nice to have)d
Requirements
• Must possess a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Contracts Manager or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in handling Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and Nondisclosure Agreements.
• Experience in managing and drafting legal agreements.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other related software.
30 HOURS PER WEEK
