Description

A real estate investment and management firm based in West Los Angeles is currently in search of a Human Resources Generalist for a direct hire role. The selected candidate will take up key roles in HR administration, reporting directly to the HR Director, and utilizing the ADP Human Resources Information System (HRIS) to accomplish the company's HR goals. Responsibilities will include planning and executing daily HR operations, interacting with benefit vendors, managing Leaves of Absence, aiding in recruitment policies, ensuring legal compliance, and supervising employee relations. Our client provides excellent benefits, a welcoming work environment, and a relaxed atmosphere. This position offers a valuable chance for an individual with impressive quick-learning skills to develop professionally in the HR field under the mentorship of the HR Director. The role requires a minimum of 5 years' HR experience, as well as strong Microsoft Office Suite skills, particularly in Excel. The role is based on-site in West LA and offers a salary range of $80k-$100k. Prior experience with ADP would be highly beneficial!

Requirements • Proven experience in the field of Human Resources.

• In-depth understanding of HR policies and procedures.

• Proficiency in recruitment and sourcing techniques.

• Demonstrated ability to manage the onboarding process.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

• Capability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

• Proficient in using HR software and database systems.

• Strong decision-making skills and ability to prioritize tasks.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field would be advantageous.

• Relevant certifications in HR would be considered a plus.

• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically.

• Ability to work collaboratively with other team members and departments.

• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
