Robert Half Marketing Manager in Culver City, California


Role: Marketing Manager

Duration: 11 months

Pay Rate: $44-$47/hour

Hours: 40 hours/week

Location: Remote (PST - must be located on West Coast)

Key Responsibilities:

Drive SMB Marketing Programs:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive adoption among SMBs.

  • Collaborate closely with the direct sales team, providing them with the necessary marketing collateral and tools to support their sales efforts.

Plan and Execute Events & Campaigns:

  • Plan and oversee a variety of marketing events and campaigns, including email campaigns, onsite events, and virtual events, designed to engage and convert SMBs.

  • Ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives, from ideation to post-event evaluation.

Collateral and Sales Tool Development:

  • Create compelling marketing collateral and sales tools that resonate with SMBs, enabling the direct sales team to effectively communicate our value proposition.

  • Continuously update and improve existing materials to align with evolving business needs.

Performance Metrics Analysis:

  • Utilize data analytics tools to compile, analyze, and interpret performance metrics of marketing campaigns and events.

  • Present findings to the team, identifying key insights and opportunities for optimization.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work collaboratively across organizational boundaries to define, manage, and prioritize marketing initiatives.

  • Engage with various teams, including Sales, Product Development, and Design, to ensure alignment and successful execution of marketing strategies.



  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred

  • Proven experience in SMB marketing, with a track record of driving successful campaigns and events.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in marketing automation and analytics tools.

  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas.

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

  • Collaborative team player with a results-oriented mindset.
