Description

A property management company located in Culver City is looking for a Receptionist on a contract to hire basis. As the Receptionist, you will be responsible for answering the phones, managing the front desk, and greeting guests and clients. Additional duties may include filing lease agreements for the property management company and completing special administrative projects. This is a 40-hour work week. Hours are 8:30-5:30 with a 1 hour lunch. Our client is looking for a career receptionist with excellent customer service skills and a friendly phone demeanor. This role is on-site daily in Culver City and pay is up to $25/hr.

• Proficient in filing and organizing documents

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Professional attitude and appearance

• Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality

• Flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures and job assignments

• Ability to work well both independently and in a team setting

• Good problem-solving skills and initiative to find workable solutions to unexpected problems

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work

• Willingness to learn and take on new tasks as required
