We want someone who has experience working as Sourcer for a minimum of two years. Are you looking for a challenging, career-building role? One of OfficeTeam's clients, a dynamic global media organization, needs a highly-skilled Sourcer. We need to find a self-starter wanting to learn and to grow to work with our client. You will be handling a variety of task that include pre-screening candidates, sourcing resumes, conducting initial phone screens and coordinating interviews with line managers. This contract is slated to last three to six months but could extend for the right candidate. Candidates with Technical Sourcing skills will be strongly considered. This position is currently remote.

Recruiting Processes experience
Eagerness to work independently as well as part of a team with flexibility and willingness to learn and take initiative on variety of tasks and projects
Experience writing procedure manuals, user instructions, business correspondence, and general report writing
- The top candidates have proficiency with office applications and software, as well as social media platforms
2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience
Skilled with office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
