Robert Half Account Manager in Dallas, Texas

Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Personal Injury Account Manager in Dallas, Texas. This role serves as a crucial link between our mental health services and personal injury law firm clients. As an Account Manager, you will focus on fostering and maintaining strong partnerships, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration between legal and mental health professionals.

Responsibilities:

• Foster and maintain robust relationships with law firm clients to facilitate seamless communication and collaboration

• Manage client accounts, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly

• Conduct regular needs assessments to identify areas of improvement and potential opportunities for account growth

• Implement strategies for account growth and retention, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty

• Provide training and education to clients on our services and procedures

• Produce regular reports and analysis on account status, growth, and retention

• Leverage CRM and management systems to efficiently track and manage client accounts

• Utilize Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting

• Engage in campaign planning to promote our services to potential clients

• Utilize knowledge of personal injury law and the healthcare industry to provide appropriate advice and solutions to clients Requirements • Proficiency in '3M', 'ADP - Financial Services', 'CRM', 'Management System', 'Microsoft Excel', 'About Time', 'Billing Functions', and 'Campaign Planning' is required.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Extensive experience in account management.

• Knowledge of 'Personal Injury Law', 'HealthCare Industry', and 'Mental Health'.

• Ability to maintain and manage customer relationships.

• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

• Ability to plan and execute campaigns efficiently.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle pressure effectively.

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Proficient in data analysis and interpretation.

• Ability to work both independently and within a team.

• Willingness to continually increase knowledge and understanding of the products and services offered.

• Flexibility to adapt to changes in a fast-paced work environment.

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
