Description We are seeking a diligent Accounting Clerk to join our team in Dallas, Texas. This role will focus on maintaining financial records, including purchases, sales, receipts and payments. You will also work closely with our team to create and analyze financial reports and ensure legal requirements compliance, process accounts payable and receivable and manage invoices and tax payments.

Responsibilities:

• Work with accounting software to record, store, and analyze information.

• Perform tasks related to accounts payable and accounts receivable.

• Handle account reconciliation tasks to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance.

• Use Microsoft Excel for data entry and financial record keeping.

• Assist in the preparation of financial reports.

• Maintain digital and physical financial records.

• Review and process reimbursements.

• Participate in quarterly and annual audits.

• Collaborate with team to improve financial processes. Requirements • Position requires a minimum of 1 year of experience in an accounting clerk role or similar.

• Must possess strong skills in Account Reconciliation.

• Proficiency in handling Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) is necessary.

• Must have a solid understanding and experience of working with Microsoft Excel.

• Candidates should have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are required.

• Detail-oriented and strong organizational skills are necessary.

• Should possess problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze data.

• Candidates should be able to work independently as well as part of a team.

• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field is preferred.
