Description We are inviting applications for the role of Accounting Specialist. This position is based in Dallas, Texas, and offers a short-term contract employment opportunity. The job function involves managing various accounting tasks, including accounts receivable and payable support, chapter invoicing, and billing for the properties under our management.

Key responsibilities:

• Handling accounts receivable and accounts payable support tasks efficiently.

• Managing chapter invoicing for approximately 130 properties under our management.

• Overseeing monthly billing for chapters and reconciling vendor invoices.

• Extracting benefits data and integrating it into chapter invoices.

• Conducting credit card coding activities.

• Utilizing accounting software systems like Sage Intact for various tasks.

• Employing MS Excel for creating vlookups for chapter summaries and pivot tables for each chapter or benefits cost.

• Auditing accounts and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

• Conducting Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and using tools like Ceridian and Concur.

• Performing other accounting functions as required, ensuring the smooth operation of our financial department. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems

• Experience with ADP - Financial Services

• Familiarity with Ceridian

• Proficiency in using Concur

• Knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning

• Ability to perform Accounting Functions

• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP)

• Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Auditing skills

• Ability to handle Billing Functions
