Robert Half Accounts Receivable Analyst in Dallas, Texas
Description We are seeking a diligent Accounts Receivable Analyst to join our team in Dallas, Texas. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts, ensuring their accuracy, and addressing any customer inquiries. Your role will also involve the processing of customer credit applications and taking necessary action on customer accounts.
Responsibilities:
• Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently
• Maintain and update customer credit records
• Monitor and analyze AR aging reports for accuracy and timely follow-ups
• Address past due payments by communicating with customers through emails, phone calls, and customer portals
• Create and apply Credit/Debit Memos as necessary
• Conduct thorough reconciliation of customer accounts
• Investigate account details for any discrepancies and correct them
• Contribute to the improvement of the accounts receivable process by identifying areas for performance improvement
• Utilize skills in Accounts Receivable (AR), Cash Applications, Commercial Collections, Excel, Great Plains Dynamics Requirements • Proficiency in Accounts Receivable (AR) is mandatory
• Demonstrated experience in Cash Applications is required
• Skilled in Commercial Collections
• Proficient with Excel
• Prior experience with Great Plains Dynamics is preferred
