Robert Half Accounts Receivable Manager in Dallas, Texas
Description We are in search of an Accounts Receivable Manager to join our team in the service industry, located in Dallas, Texas. In this role, you will be tasked with managing all aspects of the accounts receivable department, including supervising the AR team and managing customer accounts.
Responsibilities
• Oversee the timely and accurate billing to customers.
• Monitor and manage a high volume of customer accounts efficiently.
• Implement internal controls over the accounts receivable process.
• Investigate and resolve any billing issues or misapplied payments.
• Maintain detailed records of invoices, payments, and account statements.
• Prepare and present accounts receivable reports and analyses for management.
• Collaborate with other departments to support overall financial objectives and enhance client relationships.
• Address client inquiries and improve payment processes.
• Oversee the accounts receivable team and ensure accurate invoicing.
• Implement policies and procedures to ensure the effective management of customer accounts. Requirements
• Bachelor's degree highly preferred
• Possess proficiency in Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Demonstrated experience in managing Billing Functions
• Strong knowledge in handling Collections - Commercial
• Proven ability in team management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to direct and supervise
• Strong organizational and planning skills
