Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage and maintain our company's incoming payments and outstanding invoices. The ideal candidate will be responsible for tracking and processing payments, reconciling accounts, and ensuring timely collection of outstanding balances. The Accounts Receivable Specialist will also work closely with the sales and finance teams to resolve any discrepancies and assist with the preparation of financial reports.
Key Responsibilities:
Process and manage customer invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely billing.
Monitor and follow up on outstanding accounts receivable.
Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies.
Prepare and maintain aging reports.
Communicate with customers to address payment issues or questions.
Collaborate with the finance team to assist in month-end closing processes.
Perform other related administrative and accounting duties as required.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Proven experience in accounts receivable or related accounting roles.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
