Description Robert Half Finance and Accounting has teamed up with a Fortune 500 Company in North Dallas to assist in the recruitment of IT audit manager candidates work in a world-class internal audit training program with the opportunity to be considered for promotion into the finance department down the road (typically a couple of years). This public company offers a diverse accounting and finance teams in the city. The ideal background is a Big 4 auditor (Senior or Manager) or an auditor from a Fortune 500 Company with 5 to 9+ years experience who is looking to work in a challenging environment (a lot like Big 4) without the overtime. This training program is similar to what top tier firms and other Fortune 50 companies use to train future talent in the finance organization. Within a few years, employees in this group can interview for jobs that are focused on financial reporting / analysis for multiple SBUs.
