Description
Commercial Banking Client Experience is a multifaceted organization comprised of client feedback generation, market research and analytics, client journey mapping, complaints management that supports all lines of business in Commercial Banking. We are seeking an individual to play a role in executing our client experience initiatives. This individual will report to the Head of Complaints, and could interface directly with executives both with the Global Client Experience team and throughout the Business. This function requires a highly organized, self-motivated, resourceful, solutions-oriented individual who is able to execute well in a fast paced environment. Strong writing and verbal communication skills are preferred.
Your responsibilities in this role
· Identify and facilitate the handling and resolution of customer complaints – helping to enable a world-class commercial banking experience for our valued clients.
· Help the bank enable class-leading technologies and processes to solution real-world business challenges
· Derive insights across channels, products, and business segments and translate into strategic recommendations
· Engage organization in introducing ideas for improving overall client experience
Requirements
Excellent judgement and decision-making ability
5-7 years of experience in a financial services firm
Strong analytical skills with the ability to recognize key trends and insights
Strong verbal and written communications skills
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
Ability to interact with colleagues at all levels
