Description

Management Resources is seeking an Interim CFO - Chief Financial Officer in the Private Equity industry, located in Dallas, Texas. The workplace is a dynamic setting where you will play a significant role in leading and driving the finance/accounting team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and streamline the billing, collections, and time and expense processes to improve efficiency and reduce backlog.

• Handle the implementation and integration of business systems, including Sage Intacct and Salesforce.

• Take charge of accounting functions, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data and reports.

• Establish and enforce internal business controls to safeguard the company's assets.

• Lead the budgeting process, conduct cash flow analysis, and optimize costs to ensure financial stability and growth.

• Drive business process improvement initiatives, employing best practices to enhance operational efficiency.

• Manage the company's capital, ensuring optimal use and proper management.

• Foster a detail oriented, high-integrity environment within the finance/accounting team, promoting motivation and accountability.

• Develop and implement templates and data points to measure progress and success.

• Coordinate with the CEO and Executive Leadership Team to align financial goals and strategies.

Requirements

• Proven experience in the Private Equity industry

• Previous role as a CFO or similar high-level financial position

• Proficiency in business systems and CRM

• Extensive knowledge of accounting functions and auditing

• Experience in budget processes and capital management

• Expertise in cash flow analysis

• Must have experience in Sage Intacct

• Experience in billing, billing collection, and billing functions

• Ability to control and report expenses efficiently

• Ability to automate processes

• Knowledge of BPR - Business Process Re-engineering

• Proven track record in business process improvement
