Description We are offering an exciting opportunity in DALLAS, Texas, for a Staff Accountant to join our team. This role is vital to our company as it involves processing client services and maintaining accurate financial records. You'll be working in a dynamic environment, serving as a key part of our financial operations team.

Responsibilities:

• Processing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) transactions.

• Conducting bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy in financial records.

• Handling General Ledger operations and Journal Entries.

• Managing month-end close procedures for accurate financial reporting.

• Utilizing various software tools such as NetSuite, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP for financial operations.

• Delivering client services and managing client relationships.

• Performing bookkeeping duties as required.

• Applying a strong understanding of accounting principles in daily tasks.

• Collaborating with other team members to meet financial deadlines.

• Continuously improving and updating your knowledge and skills in the accounting field. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) management

• Experience with Bank Reconciliations

• Knowledge of General Ledger management

• Ability to create and manage Journal Entries

• Familiarity with Month End Close procedures

• Proficiency in using NetSuite

• Experience with Oracle software

• Knowledge of QuickBooks

• Familiarity with SAP software

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively

• Proactive attitude towards identifying and resolving issues

• Knowledge of current accounting regulations and standards

• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
