Description
We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Contracts Manager based in Dallas, Texas. The role is crucial in a fast-growing company that provides infrastructure solutions for wireless communications. This position involves managing a diverse portfolio of communication facility site contracts, training and overseeing leasing specialists, and developing and implementing contract management strategies.
Responsibilities:
• Manage national portfolio of communication facility site contracts, including leases, licenses, easements, and non-disturbance agreements
• Train, develop, and oversee in-house and third-party leasing specialists and brokers
• Continually refine contract templates based on industry best practices and experiences
• Establish business rules and alternatives for successful contract negotiations
• Collaborate with various teams such as Business Development, R& D, Program Management, and Legal to develop project standards and process flows
• Analyze site- and company-level data to strategize the best implementation approach for each project
• Develop and implement strategies for managing completed contracts, including extensions, compliance, and optimization
• Expand oversight into other areas of contract management, such as vendor services agreements, joint venture agreements, and purchase & sale agreements
• Negotiate and draft complex contract language to satisfy customers, mitigate risk, and maximize revenue opportunities
• Manage multiple contracts simultaneously across different stages to meet deadlines.
Desired Traits:
Must be able to carefully craft balanced language that mitigates risk and satisfies customers
Possess a thorough understanding of legal provisions in standard real estate contracts
Must be able to negotiate lease provisions in a contract from beginning to end
Balance constraints (financial, design, timing) to achieve best outcomes
Should have experience for the siting and design of large portfolios of leases in several U.S. markets.

Requirements
• Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Contracts Manager or in a related role.
• Proven experience in compliance management and customer service.
• Demonstrated ability to draft and manage commercial, customer, and lease contracts.
• Proficiency in contract documentation and existing contract management.
• Experience in negotiating and managing legal contracts.
• Knowledge and experience in real estate contracts.
• Demonstrated skill in managing all stages of contract development, from creation to negotiation and execution.
• Proven ability in reviewing contracts to ensure they meet the company's needs and comply with all laws and regulations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively negotiate contracts and interact with customers.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with a strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
