Creative Project Manager
The Creative Project Manager is responsible for managing the execution of concurrent and complex projects from conception through delivery, including managing scope and resources, scheduling, budget tracking, developing project plans, and providing status updates. He/she manages all factors that govern project success to ensure high-quality delivery within time, cost, and quality parameters.
-Defines hours, creates estimates, and designs timeline for scope of project.
-Provides accurate project plans including all major milestones, activities, and resources required to complete project, considering client goals and strategy.
-Manages the project delivery and approvals, resolves issues throughout the project, and provides final check for client deliverables.
-Documents and communicates issues related to scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
-Communicates progress to account lead to manage client expectations and to creative lead to manage the creative expectations.
-Follows project management standards and ensures compliance with processes.
-Efficiently utilizes resources, partnering with creative leads and peers to optimize in-house resources and adhering to outsource/freelance budgets and goals.
-Leads team communications, ensures team members have proper documentation, and schedules checkpoints and deliverable review meetings.
-Continuously seeks process improvement, identifying the most efficient and economical processes for department and implementing with proper approvals.
-Tracks hours, timing, and deliverables, ensuring that they meet the project plan; adapts as needed to ensure deliverables are met.

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION
-2-6 years of professional experience in project management.
-Advertising agency background.
KNOWLEDGE & ABILITY
-Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Visio).
-Working knowledge of MS Project or other tracking software.
-Solid understanding in creative, interactive development, and CRM principals.
-Basic print production knowledge.
-Basic interactive production knowledge.
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
-Strong planning, organization, and coordinating skills.
-Proven ability to lead projects with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
-Strong priority-setting skills and customer focus.
-Able to own projects and work with little to no supervision and direction.
-Able to work in team environment.
-Strong problem-solving skills; able to make good judgment calls.
