Robert Half Customer Service Manager in Dallas, Texas

Description

We are offering a direct hire/permanent employment opportunity for a Customer Service Manager in Dallas, Texas. As a Customer Service Manager, you will be the central point of contact for clients, manage ongoing projects, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a seamless service experience.

Responsibilities:

• Establish and nurture long-lasting relationships with clients as their primary contact.

• Regularly engage with clients to guarantee satisfaction and address any concerns or project needs.

• Customize services to meet the specific needs of each client.

• Guide clients on best practices and compliance in scrap metal management.

• Manage the logistics of scrap metal pickups, drop-offs, and processing.

• Supervise project timelines to ensure efficient management of scrap metal in line with client expectations.

• Collaborate with internal teams to schedule and manage resources necessary for project execution.

• Oversee client billing and ensure invoices for services are issued promptly.

• Maintain detailed records of all client interactions, project details, and contracts.

• Monitor the status of client accounts and address any outstanding issues or payments.

Requirements • Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services

• Experience with Avaya CMS

• Strong knowledge of CRM and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning

• Familiarity with ERP Solutions

• Ability to use About Time software

• Comfortable answering inbound calls

• Experience in auditing

• Ability to handle billing functions

• Experience in managing cash activity

• Excellent client communication skills

• Proven experience in account management

• Proficiency in CRM - Customer Relationship Manager

• Previous experience in a call center customer service role

• Ability to manage customer accounts

• Strong customer communication skills

• Dedicated focus on enhancing customer experience
