Where We Need You:

The US Risk & Compliance – Financial Crimes Compliance practice is seeking Consultants in the primary offices of Charlotte, Chicago, or Dallas. Other locations can be considered on a case-by-case basis.

    Do Your Talents Include the Following?

  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills, including documentation of findings and recommendations.

  • An interest in risk and compliance processes and objectives.

  • General knowledge of key banking or insurance regulations .

  • Understanding of commonly used internal control frameworks, risk frameworks and regulatory/compliance methodologies.

  • An u nderstanding of core business processes related to banking, insurance and asset management .

  • Knowledge of risk assessment methodologies and developing key deliverables, including process flows, work programs, reports, and control summaries.

  • AML experience preferred, but not required. 

  • Candidates with other financial services compliance roles, audit, or discovery also work well.

  • Flexibility to work with rapidly changing priorities.

  • Experience working with big data or on large volume document review strongly preferred.

    Your Educational and Professional Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from accredited university in relevant academic area or equivalent relevant work experience 

  • JD Preferred

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite applications with specific emphasis on Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Secondary emphasis on Visio and Access.
