Day to Day Scenario: This person will support the Human Resources department by conducting labor margin analysis and building comprehensive reports using PowerBI and SQL. This role focuses on optimizing labor efficiency and technician productivity within collision repair centers, providing financial insights that help guide workforce planning, compensation strategies, and operational performance improvements.
o Data could be used for Labor Margin Analysis, Workforce Planning & Strategy, Cost Management & Optimization, Financial Reporting & Compliance, Visual Insights for HR and Operations

• Non-Negotiables:
o 3 years of Finance related work experience (note we are not looking for someone in accounting that is looking to transition to Finance)
o Power BI/SQL capabilities and experience utilizing them in a work environment

o Conduct detailed analysis of labor costs, technician productivity, and labor margins specific to collision repair processes.
o Use data analysis tools, such as PowerBI and SQL, to track and visualize workforce expenditures, including wages, benefits, overtime, and headcount.
o Generate actionable insights and recommendations to improve labor efficiency, reduce costs, and increase profitability in repair shops.
