Robert Half Data Analyst in Dallas, Texas
Develop adaptive processes for standardization, automation, & scalability across the department
Design and develop ETL workflows for new business unit onboarding
Manage data quality & consolidation across multiple batched and/or streaming ingestion sources
Validate, research, and prepare complex data sets using a variety of tools, tactics, and protocols
Research existing data processing workflows and make recommendations for corrections and improvements
Troubleshoot data irregularities on an ad hoc basis
Project management of multiple ongoing activities including coordination of IT and internal team resources
Summarize, document, and present analysis findings
Experience and Skills:
Experience in data analysis, validation, or similar role.
Experience in SQL including generating queries.
Experience in Alteryx and/or Power BI is preferred.
Experience in Snowflake is a plus.
Experience in Python is a plus.
Advanced or expert user of Microsoft Office suite is required.
Ability to think critically and identify data issues on both a macro and micro basis.
Highly organized with the ability to identify and communicate project risks.
Ability to collaborate in a team environment with a can-do attitude.
