Description We are offering an engaging role for a DevOps Engineer in Dallas, Texas, 75235, United States. The selected candidate will be responsible for a blend of development and operational tasks, with a strong focus on networking and cloud-based solutions. This role will involve the use of Microsoft Azure and will require the candidate to be proficient in PowerShell scripting.
Responsibilities:
• Work extensively with Cisco networking tools, focusing on areas like BGP, load-balancing, and VPN setup.
• Utilize Microsoft Azure for various tasks and functions, with a strong emphasis on the architecture of containers.
• Build effective and efficient pipelines, ensuring smooth and consistent operations.
• Engage in PowerShell scripting to automate and streamline processes.
• Maintain a balance between development and DevOps tasks, ensuring the efficient functioning of both aspects.
• Manage and monitor API for optimal performance.
• Architect, manage, and monitor container orchestration platforms.
• Develop, test, and maintain build infrastructure, deployment systems, and operational systems.
• Identify and resolve issues related to infrastructure, system, and service.
• Work collaboratively with the development team to understand deployment needs and provide necessary support. Requirements • Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar software engineering role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Azure is essential
• Expertise in PowerShell Scripting is required
• Proficiency in API management is a must
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Familiarity with software development methodologies and practices
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
• Possess a strong technical and analytical mindset
