Job Summary
As the Director of the TTS national recruiting hub, you will partner with key stakeholders to build an operating model and best practices to unlock revenue potential through the implementation of candidate deployment strategy delivered through an integrated network of national recruiting hubs including the TTS Solutions Recruiting Hub, Enterprise Technology Services Recruiting Hub and Digital Talent Center to increase the placements of high demand specialized technology and digital contract talent. The TTS national recruiting hub will support/supplement talent delivery for internal business groups such as Strategic Accounts, National Accounts, Protiviti and Managed Solutions. This strategy will include both campaigns to proactively bring awareness to top available talent as well as reactively recruiting for open job orders to support enterprise business units. Additionally, this role will be responsible for implementing and managing client focused talent delivery campaigns to increase awareness of top talent and generating client demand through proactive marketing initiatives.
This role will also be responsible for ensuring revenue growth through increased starts, improved fill ratios and premium pricing. Additionally, this role will be responsible for reporting of results to inform senior leadership of trends and ensure ongoing alignment to the business needs of key stakeholder business units, Finally, this role will oversee direct reports as required to support the business strategy as well as actively lead recruiting and fulfillment activities necessary to facilitate business growth.

Qualifications:
10+ years management or equivalent experience required.
5+ years branch director management.
Proven performance in practice director and branch director roles.
Experience developing and managing budgets.
Excellent communication, presentation, and critical thinking skills.
Proficient in MS Office, databases, and other technology systems.
Required Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, preferred.
