Robert Half Finance Manager in Dallas, Texas
Description We are offering an opportunity for a Financial Analyst/Manager in the Real Estate & Property industry. Based in Dallas, Texas, this role will involve providing analytical support for corporate finance, strategic financing initiatives, and capital markets activities. The individual will also be responsible for underwriting, preparation of financing packages, debt covenant compliance, and reporting, among other duties.
Responsibilities:
• Provide analytical support for corporate finance and strategic financing initiatives
• Participate in capital markets activities
• Underwrite and prepare financing packages
• Ensure compliance with debt covenants and provide necessary reporting
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes
• Contribute to business intelligence and investor relations activities
• Support the company's financing requirements through the utilization of existing committed facilities
• Evaluate and execute new financing alternatives
• Utilize Accounting Software Systems and ADP - Financial Services for financial management
• Oversee CapEx, ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning, and ERP Solutions
• Manage Accounting Functions and Accounts Payable (AP)
• Conduct Auditing and engage in Budget Processes
• Deliver excellent Customer Service. Requirements • Proficient in using Accounting Software Systems for financial analysis and reporting
• Experience with ADP - Financial Services, particularly in the real estate and property industry
• Capability to manage and analyze capital expenditures (CapEx)
• Familiarity with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning for financial management
• Ability to implement and use ERP Solutions for business management
• Experience in handling Accounting Functions, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and general ledger
• Familiarity with Accounts Payable (AP) processes
• Knowledge of Auditing practices and principles
• Experience in managing Budget Processes, including planning, tracking, and reporting
• Excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
