Robert Half is looking for a dynamic Financial Analyst for a rapidly growing healthcare company in North Dallas. This role focuses on supporting ongoing fiscal budgets and interpreting financial reporting. Would love to see forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, modeling, and Microsoft Excel. You will also be expected to identify and implement cost-saving initiatives and provide various ad hoc analysis.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support for ongoing fiscal budgets and departmental cost analysis

• Perform various analyses to assist in identifying and implementing strategic financial goals

• Develop and interpret financial reporting

• Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives within the department

• Continually assess and develop appropriate financial information for the management team

• Provide various ad hoc analysis as required

• Participate in staff meetings, conference calls, and other meetings as needed

Requirements

• Experience in managing budget processes

• Proficiency in forecasting financial trends and outcomes.

• Experience in financial modeling to support strategic decision-making.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex functions and data analysis tools.
