Where We Need Talent:
We are seeking a Diversity, Equity & Inclusion PMO Operations Lead to work with the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Global Program Lead and the Executive Vice President – Global Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. The Operations Lead will work on diversity & inclusion providing expert project management skills. The Operations Lead will have regular contact with members of our Executive Team and the Diversity and Inclusion PMO team, as well as members of our practice and Operations teams. This individual should have a passion for partnering with a collaborative team and have the desire to grow within a flourishing organization.
This position reports to the Executive Vice President and is based in Dallas or other Protiviti markets.
What You Will Do:
Diversity & Inclusion Ambassador
Together with the Program Lead and EVP, refine and execute focused DEI strategy.
Embrace independent leadership of special Global Operation Lead initiated projects.
Responsible for specific focus areas within DEI: internal and external. The internal focus is anchored to our work around DEI diverse collaborative groups. The external focus is anchored to developing and managing alliance and partnerships with diversity professionals and organizations nationwide.
Independently manages multiple and concurrent program related projects, as well as ad hoc projects, that range in size and complexity. This includes creating project plans and communication and change management strategies. Using global perspective, research D&I trends, integrates them with Protiviti’s company strategy and make recommendations for new programs or changes to existing programs based on gaps within program offerings.
Uses internal and external data and metrics, such as trends, benchmarking, employee satisfaction, retention, and industry research to support DE&I
Provides consultation and advice on project execution based on best practice research and partnership with HR or internal clients to roll out projects to appropriate global audiences.
Assist with metrics and budget for department
Collaborate with the Program Lead on a regular basis to professionally manage workload and determine how to advance projects. Share input recognize risks and/or inefficiencies and work with the Program Lead to pinpoint the proper course of action.
Prepare for various meetings including, MD sponsors, work groups and HR Leaders, and meetings with key audiences.
Cultivate and preserve a strong program management process for all initiatives, ensuring best practice project management techniques and communication strategies are implemented.
Management of ENGs to oversee activities and provide coaching and thought partnership on programming.
Manage alliance and partnerships with diversity professionals and organizations nationwide
Leads cross functional project management meetings, manages and executes project deliverables and deadlines independently and/or through others, and ensure delivery of high-quality services.
Directly and/or in conjunction with others, creates presentations, communications, training and rollout materials.
Creates program/process documents. Identifies and delivers to appropriate audiences.
Act as a point of contact for various projects and processes and escalate issues as appropriate with proposed solutions.
Best practice research and partnership with Global PMO and internal clients to roll out projects to appropriate global audiences.

Previous experience in a DEI capacity is preferred.
Education and Professional Credentials
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
5+ years of experience within a professional services environment preferred.
3-5 years of progressive responsibilities in the design, implementation, evaluation, measurement, and communication of diversity, equity, and inclusion programs
Highly proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Outlook) with excellent written communication skills.
