Where We Need You:
Protiviti is currently seeking a Senior Marketing Specialist who will be responsible for building and executing an integrated and revenue-generating marketing plan for Protiviti’s Global Healthcare (80%) and Energy & Utilities (20%) Industry Practices.
What You Will Do:
Create, Manage and Execute Marketing Plans --
Campaigns include client forums, webinars, conferences, thought leadership, email distribution, speaking engagements, advertising, website content management, and client events.
Partner with industry leaders to create, manage and execute the marketing plan to drive growth in target segments and in line with business priorities
Work closely with product, digital and regional marketing teams to ensure the success and optimization of campaigns
Support annual marketing planning and budget development as well as monitoring expenses and ROI reporting
Leverage Salesforce.com to track and report all campaign attributes
Event and Conference Execution –
Must be willing to travel up to 20% (the firm is currently working in a virtual environment until further notice)
Plan and execute a high volume of buyer-level events and conferences (virtual and/or in-person) to continue to drive engagement and business development opportunities while executing with excellence
Work with practice members in developing content and assets to support event delivery; proactively manage follow-up for practice to identify business opportunities
Content Management –
Proactively manage all external content development and distribution.
Curate both external and Protiviti generated insights and drive promotions through optimizing all available marketing channels (including marketing automation, digital and social) .
Drive Protiviti’s Industry Brands –
Build the industry brands and name recognition across all key buyer segments.
Ensure alignment and consistency of Protiviti’s industry brands within Protiviti throughout all marketing elements.
What Will Make You Successful:
Marketing experience in or familiarity with Healthcare and/or Energy & Utilities industries, specifically within consulting, is preferred.
Strong business acumen and project management skills; exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Solid interpersonal skills: a relationship builder with proven ability to mobilize stakeholders outside of your span of control and effectively influence, motivate, and collaborate with others at all levels of the firm.
Excellent creative skills and entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to solve complex problems in a structured, measurable way.
Be flexible and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, while being comfortable with ambiguity.
Your Educational and Professional Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
5+ years’ experience in marketing.
Expertise in event marketing, project management, and CRM systems, preferably Salesforce CRM.
Proficient in all Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
