Description

We are looking for a dedicated Attorney Recruiter for our operations in Dallas, Texas. This role is ideal for candidates with an understanding of the legal industry and a background in Human Resources or recruitment. As an Attorney Recruiter, you will be tasked with coordinating interviews and contributing to our hiring processes. This role offers a short-term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate interviews for potential legal candidates

• Work closely with HR and legal teams to understand hiring needs and qualifications

• Conduct thorough background checks as part of the recruitment process

• Oversee and optimize hiring processes

• Utilize knowledge of Benefit Functions in recruitment strategies

• Maintain a deep understanding of the legal industry and current hiring trends

• Promote the company's reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity

• Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified attorneys

• Stay current on the company's organization structure, personnel policy, and federal and state laws regarding employment practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Attorney Recruiter or similar role within the legal industry

• Proficiency in sourcing and recruiting software

• Hands-on experience with a Customer Relationship Management system (CRM)

• Familiarity with background checks procedures and understanding of employment laws and regulations

• Knowledge of various hiring processes and ability to design and implement recruiting strategies

• Experience with employee benefit functions and understanding of compensation and benefits packages

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

• Strong decision-making skills

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Law, or relevant field.
