Robert Half HR Director in Dallas, Texas

Description We are in search of an HR Director to join our team in Dallas, Texas. This role involves managing a variety of human resource functions, including policy development, employee relations, and payroll processing. It is a position suited for individuals with a strong background in human resources management, compliance, and employee relations.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and coordinate policies, processes, and training initiatives to support our human resource compliance and strategy needs.

• Oversee the administration of various human resources programs such as compensation, benefits, leave management, disciplinary matters, disputes and investigations, and talent management.

• Provide guidance to Managers and Supervisors on employee relations issues and the development of their staff's skills.

• Conduct research and analysis of organizational trends, reviewing reports and metrics from HR information systems.

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, recommending best practices and modifying policies to maintain compliance.

• Maintain updated knowledge on trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources and employment law.

• Facilitate detail oriented development, training, and certification activities for HR staff.

• Implement, maintain, and review payroll processing to ensure accurate and timely processing of transactions including salaries, bonuses, benefits, taxes, and other deductions.

• Plan, develop, manage, and lead employee benefit programs, analyzing benefit programs and services regularly.

• Recruit, interview, hire, and train new staff in the HR department, overseeing daily operations, providing performance evaluations, and handling discipline and termination of employees.

• Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now, Benefit Functions, Communication, Compliance, Employee Relations, Full Cycle, Human Resources (HR) Administration, Human Resources Management System, Human resources software, ADP - Payroll, Benefits Payroll, Full Cycle Payroll. Requirements • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a Human Resources role

• Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now and ADP - Payroll

• Familiarity with Human Resources Management System and other Human resources software

• Comprehensive understanding of Benefit Functions and Benefits Payroll

• Strong communication skills for maintaining effective Employee Relations

• Knowledge of Compliance regulations within Human Resources

• Experience with Full Cycle and Full Cycle Payroll processes

• Capable of executing Human Resources (HR) Administration tasks effectively

• Must have a strong sense of ethics, discretion, and commitment to company values.
