Description
We are offering an exciting opportunity to work in a HYBRID PERM role as an HR Generalist in North Dallas.
This role pays up to 60K + bonus and would be ideal for an HR Admin who is ready to do more!
3 Key Responsibilities:
• Handle all aspects of employee relations, including addressing and resolving employee concerns and grievances for an employee population of 300-400
• Conduct thorough investigations in response to employee relations issues and complaints
• Provide guidance and consultation to management and staff regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs
