Description

We are in search of a Bilingual HR Recruiter with grocery industry experience to join our team located in Dallas, Texas. This role offers a direct hire employment opportunity and involves coordinating and implementing recruitment, retention, and employment programs. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for all aspects of recruiting, selection, and hiring of new employees, improving recruiting and retention effectiveness, and preparing and submitting reports.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate all aspects of recruiting, selection, and hiring of new employees.

• Implement recruitment, retention, and employment programs.

• Improve recruiting and retention effectiveness.

• Perform special projects related to recruitment and hiring.

• Prepare and submit reports related to recruiting and retention.

• Utilize ADP - Financial Services, ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode, Careerbuilder, Kronos Timekeeping System, and Microsoft Excel for various tasks.

• Conduct background checks and ensure compliance with employment laws such as FLSA and ADA Accommodations.

• Perform documentation and hiring processes.

• Utilize Spanish language skills for Spanish Translation when necessary.

• Use Paycom and other HR systems for various HR tasks.

• Understand and navigate Employee Benefits - ERISA and Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA).

• Utilize knowledge in corporate recruiting for effective recruitment strategies.

Requirements

• Must have grocery industry experience

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred

• Proficiency in using ADP - Financial Services and ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode

• Familiarity with Careerbuilder and Kronos Timekeeping System

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and About Time software

• Able to conduct Background Checks and manage Benefit Functions

• Skilled in Documentation and Hiring Processes

• Fluency in Spanish Language and Spanish Translation is a plus

• Experience in using Paycom software

• Knowledge of FLSA and Department of Labor (DOL) regulations

• Experience in providing ADA Accommodations and managing FMLA

• Understanding of Employee Benefits - ERISA and Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA)

• Experience in Corporate Recruiting
