HubSpot Specialist - Contract (20-30 hrs/week) - Hybrid Work Schedule (Dallas, TX 75206)
We are seeking a HubSpot Specialist to join our team on a 2-month contract, working 20-30 hours per week with a hybrid work schedule. The ideal candidate will help us maximize our use of HubSpot beyond just leads and lead nurturing. You will play a crucial role in developing workflows, creating email marketing campaigns, and enhancing reporting capabilities to drive better results.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and optimize flows in HubSpot to improve lead nurturing and customer journey processes.
Create email marketing campaigns that effectively engage our audience (transitioning away from Mailchimp).
Consult on how to best leverage HubSpot’s full suite of tools, including surveys and reporting functionalities.
Provide insights and recommendations to expand HubSpot’s utilization for our business needs.
Generate reports and analyze data to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements

Top Requirements:
Extensive HubSpot expertise across the platform, including lead nurturing, workflow development, and reporting.
Experience in email marketing and transitioning platforms (from Mailchimp to HubSpot).
Ability to consult and provide strategic insights to maximize HubSpot’s potential for marketing and customer engagement.
Nice to Have:
Familiarity with survey tools and integration within HubSpot.
Strong communication skills and a consultative approach to help guide decision-making.
