Description
We are looking for a skilled Human Resources Director to join our team in Dallas, Texas. In this role, you will work closely with our management team to ensure that our human resources programs and initiatives are effective, efficient, and aligned with our overall business objectives. You will also act as a key point of contact with our third-party human resources provider and PEO, which provides services such as timeclock systems, payroll, benefits, legal advice, and performance management systems.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee the annual benefits election process and provide necessary assistance.
• Manage proper job levels, exempt/non-exempt statuses, pay ranges, job descriptions, and organizational charts.
• Play an integral role in recruitment and hiring processes.
• Ensure all HR practices are in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Lead the performance management process and drive employee development efforts.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date staff records.
• Participate in the design and effectiveness assessment of training programs, including compliance training.
• Oversee employee relations processes and policies, including PTO, leave, FMLA, and attendance monitoring.
• Contribute significantly to company events and employee recognition programs.
• Ensure HR processes are compliant with SOX and proper separation of duties exists.
• Maintain and optimize human resources policies, including the employee handbook.
• Collaborate with other entities on Corporate HR initiatives.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field from an accredited university, Master’s degree a plus.
• 7 +years’ experience in human resources management encompassing the duties and responsibilities above.
• Proficiency in Human Capital Management (HCM) systems.Proficiency in Human Capital Management (HCM) systems.
• Demonstrated experience in managing Benefit Functions within an organization.
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong understanding of HR Compliance and legal regulations.
• Proven ability in handling Employee Relations, with a focus on conflict resolution and fostering a positive work environment.
• Solid knowledge of Hiring Processes, including recruitment, interviews, and onboarding.
