Stable and family oriented company has partnered with katie.monus@roberthalf to find their next Bilingual (Spanish) Payroll Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for payroll duties and will also have the ability to see any process improvement ideas come to life! This would be a great opportunity for a bright Payroll Specialist (who may not be getting the opportunity currently to be heard) to both implement procedures and contribute to a team that needs their payroll expertise! This person will also be interacting with employees who may need assistance with payroll questions - a true opportunity to contribute! Major responsibilities include:
Deliver training to employees regarding the use of payroll-related systems including entry of timesheets, online access of pay statements, etc.
Generate and run reports in ADP software
Work closely with key stakeholders in the organization to problem solve
Excellent communication skills
Proficient in payroll software
Understanding of Microsoft Excel
