Description

We are looking for a meticulous Payroll Analyst/Specialist to oversee all aspects of payroll processing for our company. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of payroll procedures, regulations, and best practices. They will be responsible for accurately processing payroll on time, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and providing excellent customer service to employees regarding payroll-related inquiries. The Payroll Analyst/Specialist will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day payroll operations, including processing new hires, terminations, and provider pay. The ideal candidate will have experience with ADP Workforce Now, Excel, and Google Sheets. This position requires exceptional multitasking abilities and attention to detail, as well as the ability to manage payroll data across multiple spreadsheets and platforms.

  • Manage all aspects of payroll processing, including new hires, terminations, and provider pay.

  • Utilize Excel and Google Sheets to manage spreadsheets and reconcile payroll data.

  • Import pay data into ADP and reconcile it with pivot tables.

  • Collaborate with HR and finance departments to ensure accurate payroll processing and compliance with regulations.

  • Assist with the transition from ADP to Workday, including data migration and system implementation.

  • Stay up-to-date with payroll laws and regulations to ensure compliance.

  • Handle payroll-related inquiries from employees and management.

  • Generate payroll reports and analyses as needed.

    Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field preferred.

  • 5+ years of experience in payroll processing and administration.

  • Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, with experience managing payroll data across multiple spreadsheets.

  • Experience with ADP payroll software required; familiarity with ADP Workforce Now preferred

  • Workday experience preferred

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
