Description

Management Resources is seeking a Process Improvement Analyst with a background in FP& A for a 3-6 month contract. In this role, you will be driving process improvements and re-engineering initiatives related to commission and payment processes. Additionally, you will be expected to collaborate with the Sales team and leaders across the globe.

Responsibilities:

• Document existing processes to understand current state

• Analyze current processes to identify areas for improvement and efficiency

• Recommend process improvements to enhance productivity and customer experience

• Identify opportunities for automation of payments and reporting processes

• Drive continuous improvement projects and initiatives

• Collaborate with Sales Operations and Channel Partners to understand their needs and incorporate them into process improvements

• Utilize Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting

• Ensure accurate and timely commission calculations and payments

• Monitor and manage process improvement projects.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Proven experience in Business Process Improvement and Process Improvement Projects

• Knowledge and experience in Automating Processes

• Experience in driving Continuous Improvement initiatives

• Proficient in Commissions and Channel Partners management

• Understanding of Sales Operations

• Ability to effectively document processes and improvements

• Demonstrated experience in process re-engineering
