What you get to do every single day

  • Administers the daily stand-ups, securing they are brief, timely, and focused

  • Plans and governs the sprint planning and grooming meetings and traces ticket assignments

  • Verifies project with exact ticket workflows and boards

  • Commands project planning

  • Help out with managing dependencies among cross-product teams

  • Attends as Scrum Master for the developers on the team - ensuring the team is working effectively, clearing obstacles, and leading scrum ceremonies

  • Watches and schedules projects - as per the Project Roadmap defined by the Business Owner

  • Complies with Product Owner/Product Manager to make certain that the product vision and high-level business objectives are explicit and practical

  • Shall cooperate closely with the QA Manager, Product Specialist, Product Owner/Product Manager, and Business Analyst

  • Cooperates and communicates with developers, technical team members, designers, and stakeholders

  • Co-operates with the Product Owner/Product Manager to turn the product roadmap into executable projects

  • Establishes schedules and milestones, manages project scope and timelines, and inputs from all other teams assigns to that product

  • Confirm that the functional requirements are met, tracked, and achievable

  • Get involved to facilitate creation and maintenance of the Project Roadmap with the Product Owner/Product Manager

  • Sets forth the RACI matrix for projects in a product line

  • Handles deployment scheduling in coordination with Product Owner, tech lead and Dev Ops

  • Encourage the team focus on the on-time delivery of agreed products

  • Equips detailed reporting to management on milestone completion, project status, and risk assessments

  • Assists to manage, identify, and classify risk for functional improvement requests

  • Acquires information from technical leads, QA leads and business analysts into counsel

    Requirements - Applicants should have a Project Management (PMP) certification

  • Able to work independently with a minimal amount of oversight

    • Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical colleagues
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant Project Management experience

  • Active problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

    • Experience working with e-learning and blended learning programs is strongly preferred.

    • Proficiency using commonly accepted scheduling and project management tools is required for success at this position

  • Flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures and job assignments

  • Background in project management, operations, and supervisory leadership

    • If you are familiar and comfortable with IT project management methodologies, you can succeed in this position

  • Vow to meet business deadlines

  • Payment Processing experience

  • Quality experience with Issue Resolution

  • SAFe Agilist experience

  • Expertise in Debottlenecking

  • Well-founded grasp of Develop Project Plan

  • General familiarity with Manage Project Plan

  • Proven knowledge of PMP Certification

  • Practical knowledge of Resource Allocation

  • Waterfall Agile experience preferred

  • Wide ranging experience with Risk Mitigation Strategies

  • Budgeting experience
