Robert Half is currently working with a dynamic client looking for a Property Accountant. The ideal Property Accountant will have experience in accounting and property management, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and property-specific systems. Maintain reconciliation, depreciation and fixed-asset ledger
Sustain monthly payment and capital lease schedules
Support efforts around internal controls, including implementation, maintenance, and adherence
Analyze and coordinating a variety of financial data and reporting it in a clear, useful manner
Assemble reporting packages and financial statements
Prepare monthly balance sheet and income statement analyses for management reporting
Put together intricate journal entries and account reconciliations
Must be detail-oriented and have strong organizational skills
Bachelors degree in accounting, finance or a related field is required
Reliable skills in Microsoft Office with excellent Excel skills
Multi-Location or Multi-Entity Accounting preferred
Knowledge of industry specific accounting software
Experience in accounting, real estate accounting, or property accounting preferred
