Description
We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Receptionist in the Real Estate & Property industry based in Dallas, Texas. The role will involve performing various administrative and clerical duties, with a focus on maintaining the office environment and providing comprehensive support to our construction services team.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct clerical duties such as filing, handling and redirecting mail, and ordering office supplies to ensure smooth office operations.
• Execute data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
• Provide comprehensive clerical support to various teams as required, enhancing overall productivity.
• Maintain an organized and well-stocked office by regularly checking inventory levels and ordering office supplies as necessary.
• Handle incoming inquiries and provide excellent customer service, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Assist with the processing of invoices, ensuring all financial documentation is accurately recorded and updated.
• Utilize Microsoft Office Suites to create and manage documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
• Monitor the office environment and make necessary adjustments to ensure a clean, efficient, and professional workspace.
• Support Operations & Preconstruction teams when needed, providing additional administrative support and contributing to project efficiency.
• Perform scanning tasks, converting physical documents to digital formats and organizing them for easy retrieval.
Requirements • Proven experience in a receptionist role, preferably within the Real Estate & Property industry
• Proficient in maintaining and ordering office supplies
• Demonstrable ability in filing and data entry tasks
• Experience in performing clerical duties and providing clerical support
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suites
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• High level of professionalism and ability to handle confidential information
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification required
• Knowledge of industry-specific software and systems is a plus.
