Robert Half Receptionist in Dallas, Texas

Description We are seeking a Receptionist for our team in the Real Estate & Property industry in Dallas, Texas. As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for a variety of administrative and clerical duties, such as processing customer applications and maintaining accurate customer records. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity, providing you with the chance to gain valuable experience in a dynamic and fast-paced industry.

Responsibilities:

• Execute clerical duties such as data entry and filing to ensure smooth operation of the office.

• Maintain and order office supplies as needed to support daily office operations.

• Provide comprehensive clerical support to the construction services team, aiding in the efficient execution of tasks.

• Utilize Microsoft Office Suites to create and manage documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.

• Maintain the office environment, ensuring it is organized and conducive for work.

• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and inquiries, offering excellent customer service.

• Monitor customer accounts, taking appropriate action as required.

• Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently.

• Maintain accurate customer credit records, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accessible.

• Resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction. Requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

• Experience in maintaining and ordering office supplies as needed

• Proven ability in performing clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and providing clerical support

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

• Experience in a receptionist role within the Real Estate & Property industry is beneficial

• High school diploma or equivalent; further training will be a plus

• Professional appearance and a customer-focused approach

• Reliable with the ability to maintain confidentiality of company documents and data.
