OfficeTeam is looking for an eager remote Recruiter to join the team here in Dallas! This person is responsible for interviewing, testing and referring applicants for clerical, technical, administrative

and management positions throughout the company. This position must possess considerable skill in interviewing

techniques, a good knowledge of all clerical and specialized functions in the company, a basic understanding of the

company's organizational structure as well as an extensive knowledge of personnel policy and procedure and federal and

state laws regarding employment practices.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

 Develops recruitment strategies to achieve required staffing levels.

 Coordinates with hiring manager(s) and HRBP’s to determine best recruiting process for position(s).

 Acts as liaison with employment agencies.

 Screens resumes, interviews candidates (by phone or in person), administers appropriate assessments and

reference, makes recommendations for full-time (or not full-time) and delivers employment offers for both exempt and

nonexempt position openings.

 Uses traditional and nontraditional resources, such as career fairs, online job fairs, community network events, etc.,

to identify and attract quality candidates with Directors approval.

 Coordinates appropriate employment testing.

 Promotes employee referral program.

 Extends verbal and written job offers.

 Follows up with the related aspects of employment, such as notifying the department of employee's starting date

and the requisition the employee is filling, etc.

 Completes weekly report on recruitment activity.

 Maintains ATS records and compiles reports from the database.

 Manages internal transfer process, including screening, coordination of interviews with hiring manager, transfer

offer letters, etc.

 Develops and maintains an excellent relationship with internal and external clients to ensure achievement of staffing

goals.

 Manages application/resume file and retention according to company policy.

 Other duties as assigned

Requirements

Requirements:

  • College diploma or university degree, or equivalent experience

  • 3-5 years of similar experience

  • Computer literate

  • Experience with high-volume full-cycle recruiting
