Description We are searching for a Sales Support in Dallas, Texas, United States. The role entails providing crucial assistance within our sales department, contributing significantly to our team's efficiency and effectiveness. This role is particularly suitable for individuals with a strong interest in the fitness technology industry.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in providing excellent service and solutions to all current and prospective customers.

• Stay updated with new products, features, and content to provide accurate information to customers.

• Assist in helping customers find the right product fit for their needs.

• Contribute to the achievement or exceeding of established performance goals.

• Participate in all store activities including inventory management, merchandising, marketing, and other duties as assigned.

• Engage in cross-departmental initiatives that may include Commercial Third Party Retail, Corporate Wellness community events, and Member Support.

• Ensure the maintenance of strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Exhibit flexibility with your schedule, including the ability to work during the weekends and holidays based on business needs.

• Assist in creating immersive customer experiences.

• Demonstrate a passion for fitness technology and our products. Requirements • Demonstrated proficiency in ADP - Financial Services

• Familiarity with Configure Price Quote (CPQ) operations

• Previous experience in using CRM software for sales support tasks

• Knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning and its application in sales support

• Understanding of ERP Solutions in relation to sales operations

• Experience with About Time software

• Ability to manage Answering Inbound Calls professionally and efficiently

• Proven skills in Auditing and Billing Functions

• Exceptional Communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective client and team interactions.
