Robert Half Sr. Financial Analyst in Dallas, Texas

Description

We are in search of a Sr. Financial Analyst to join our team in the structured/corporate finance industry in Dallas, Texas. This role involves performing daily financial analyses related to aircraft leasing. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and reporting on various financial instruments and debt facilities.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting daily financial analyses related to approximately 450 aircrafts leased to airlines worldwide.

• Managing and reporting on an asset-backed securitization, a senior secured credit agreement, a term loan, an institutional limited partnership, and/or a revolving credit line.

• Preparing monthly and quarterly reports for lenders and investors, which include debt, fee and waterfall calculations, interest, and currency derivatives, and portfolio statistical data.

• Handling purchase price calculations, floating rental calculations, borrowing requests, release requests, present value remarketing calculations, cash reconciliation, loan payoffs, and Bloomberg data pulls.

• Maintaining ownership of day-to-day operations and reporting on the associated pool of aircraft for each debt facility.

• Using financial planning & analysis (FP& A), investment banking, and ad hoc reporting skills to manage and analyze financial data.

• Utilizing Waterfall and Contract Pricing tools to manage and calculate various financial metrics.

• Ensuring the accurate and efficient processing of customer applications and maintaining detailed customer records.

• Resolving customer inquiries and monitoring customer accounts to take appropriate action.

Requirements

• Demonstrated proficiency in Waterfall methodology

• Extensive experience in Contract Pricing

• Proficient in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP& A)

• Background in Investment Banking is preferred

• Ability to perform Ad Hoc Reporting as required

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role or related financial field

• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially in Excel

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field is required

• Master’s degree in Finance or related field would be an advantage

• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
