Description
We are looking for an individual ready to work on our clients' tax and accounting and assist with training and supervision. Management responsibilities are a possibility. Our firm specializes in working with business owners and individuals in all industries.
Previous employment with a CPA firm puts you at the top of the list of applicants. Candidate needs to be confident in their knowledge base, have excellent communication skills, and be ready to contribute to grow within the firm.
This person will have experience with:
General ledger analysis expertise that exceeds A/R and A/P
Prepare/review individual, corporate, partnership and fiduciary income tax returns
Local, state, and federal tax filings regarding payroll, sales, and income taxes
Research complex issues, and communicate findings to clients and peers
Monthly compilation of financial statements for a number of small business clients
Requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
5+ years of tax experience in a CPA firm
General ledger accounting experience
CPA required
GAAP knowledge
