Robert Half Tax Senior in Dallas, Texas

Description Robert Half is looking for a Tax Manager to join our client! This Tax Manager will possess expertise in various types of tax returns and financial statements, along with proficiency in Excel and tax software and technology. This the role for an experienced Tax Manager looking for a challenging role at an established company.

How you will make an impact

  • Help with the preparation of quarterly tax projections and communication of required estimated tax payments

  • Review and provide oversight for quarterly and annual payroll tax returns

  • Assist in planning and compliance regarding tax matters, such as waivers and tax returns

  • Provide accounting managers and staff accountants with tax best business practices

  • Help review all financial statements for quality control

  • Put together and review complex income tax returns

  • Prepare and review tax correspondence and facilitation and oversight of tax audits

  • Assist with compliance with financial and tax reporting policies and procedures

  • Assist in the review of the calculation and distribution of W-2s and 1099s Requirements - CPA preferred

  • 2+ years of supervisory experience

  • 5-7 years' experience in tax accounting

  • Bachelors or masters degree in Accounting or relevant field required
