Where We Need You:

Protiviti is seeking a Digital Identit y ( Okta ) Senior Manager to join our growing team.

Senior Managers partner with our clients to solve complex business problems and provide best in class advice and solutions.  Managers strive to develop lasting relationships with client personnel and seek to further these relationships through quality product delivery.  The goal of the manager is to understand their client’s business and demonstrate technical competence in their solution and industry.  Managers are developing contacts within the business community and serve as ambassadors of Protiviti in the market.

    Do Your Talents Include the Following?

  • Review and lead the gathering of business, functional and technical requirements for our clients. Work with clients and team members to document the common technical and functional requirements for specific solutions.

  • Support creation of project plans to develop and implement the proposed solution.

  • Develop strategic plans for identity services, including, but not limited to, transition strategies, bundling strategies, and positioning strategies.

  • Participate as a member of the professional services delivery team to translate requirements to designs and to provide technical leadership and oversight.

  • Demonstrated ability to work and interact with CxOs and high-level customer executives.

  • Experience in leading discovery workshop to derive customer requirements, specifications, business processes.

  • Comfortable with diagramming complex solutions and leading conversations.

  • Effectively communicates technical information to non-technical audiences.

  • Experience in developing functional specifications and system design specifications for customer engagements.

  • Strong knowledge of Security Architecture, Design and Operations.

  • Exhibits confidence and a deep understanding of IAM best practices when solving business problems.

    • Manages customer expectations effectively

    Your Educational and Professional Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline (e.g.  MIS, CIS) required

  • 7 + years in a related field, preferably in professional services and/or industry

  • Certifications and/or training in leading IAM solutions

  • CyberArk Guardian or Sentry

  • Certification such as CISSP, CompTIA Security+, CISM or Project Management ( e.g. PMP) are a plus

    We travel throughout the month frequently based upon client requests/commitments. Travel may include suburban, regional, or out of state locations.
