Robert Half Traffic Manager in Dallas, Texas


  • Oversee project workflow for two regional design teams.

  • Facilitate the movement of projects from request to completion.

  • Learn the skills and preferences of the design team intimately to be able to distribute new work to the right designer for the job – based on expertise and availability.

  • Review new work requests and verify that direction is clear and defined and procedures are being followed correctly. Sometimes we don’t get clear direction or get unrealistic timelines, so you need to be politely assertive to stakeholders to adjust their expectations

  • Evangelize and enforce standard processes to designers and internal clients. Teach new members how to work with us.

  • Identify blocked tasks and problem-solve ways to unblock them

  • Build project management skills to project-manage smaller marketing campaigns

  • Expedite rush jobs using our process

  • Champion the Design Hub’s processes to internal clients and our own team.

  • Teach new individuals how to engage with us in requests and our proofing tool

  • Demonstrate professionalism and inspire a positive, collaborative work environment

  • Build knowledge of the company, processes, and clients


  • Above all, you must be organized, efficient, and incredibly detail-oriented.

  • Ability to work closely and build confidence amongst colleagues, demonstrating respect for colleagues at all levels and consistently contributing to a positive work environment.

  • Time-management skills to set schedules and block time to achieve daily goals.

  • Possesses a strong understanding of graphic design. You don’t need to be a designer, but you have a working knowledge of print/digital projects and the steps needed to complete them.

  • Experience in Workfront is a plus. Or other Project Management Systems.

  • You are highly motivated to improve and learn.

  • Self-starter who takes direction and feedback well but can also work independently.

  • Self-motivated and has an ability to effectively manage dozens of projects from inception to completion on tight timelines

  • Proven ability to remain cool, calm, and collected under pressure and keep professional with the occasional difficult client
